Signature state of the art high rise Mixed Use Development featuring two office towers, retail, University of Phoenix urban campus, banking, restaurants and eight level parking deck. A 45 million development with over 260,000 leasable sf.  The main tower is currently known as Santander Tower, a 15 story office tower.   The second tower, currently named GAM Tower is a 5 story office tower presently being used for medical offices.  Both towers are located at opposite ends of the development.

Our Signature building, Santander Tower,  is a 15 story office building complete with helipad, which houses banking and multinational companies.  The tower is a Triple A rated building – the best rating an office building can attain.  Additionally it houses a commercial mall segment with shops, restaurants and bank branch with drive through. The tower’s lobby exhibits an impressive lamp sculpture designed by Pablo Rubio, the largest in the world at that time.

Santander Tower’s sister tower, Gam Tower, is a unique project that consists of five stories built atop an existing one story structure.  Thanks to the towers design and coordination by Carrerá Arquitectos, the existing one story structure’s operations were uninterrupted throughout the 8 months of construction.
